Commercial Leasing means KeyTrust leases your property for 3–5 years and works with trusted housing partners. You get guaranteed rent for the full term, and we manage everything — tenants, compliance, and day-to-day care.
KeyTrust handles all day-to-day management, including minor repairs and general maintenance. Our goal is to give you a truly hands-off, hassle-free experience as a landlord.
We work with trusted housing partners and care providers to provide safe, supported accommodation for individuals and families who need stable housing. All tenants are assessed and approved through our partners, who follow strict housing standards. KeyTrust handles all day-to-day management — inspections, maintenance, and any issues — ensuring your property is always well cared for.
Our leases run for a fixed term, but if you may need the property back early, we can add a break clause. This lets either party end the agreement with notice — typically 6 months. We’ll discuss the options with you before anything is signed.
Our process is fast and straightforward. Once we’ve had an initial conversation and completed the property inspection, we can usually finalise the lease and begin managing your property within a few weeks, depending on its readiness.
